The BTES Board is seeking expressions of interest in hosting our 11th biennial conference in the summer of 2027. Please see the full RFP for details. We have a two stage process. The first step is a (max) two-page initial proposal due to the Board by November 7, 2025.If you are interested in hosting the 2027 conference—or a future BTES conference—or have thoughts on potential locations or formats, please reach out. We’d love to hear from you even before a formal proposal.  We strongly encourage any inquiries and will be happy to answer any questions at secretary@BTES.org
